The hotel was reasonably clean and staff were exceptionally courteous and best, everything was nice. The breakfast had variety of options, including yogurt and fruit.

The bathroom lighting was poor, making it hard to get ready, but the pool area was lovely.

We greatly enjoyed its convenient and absolutely perfect location.

The room was well priced with a microwave and mini refrigerator, we stayed in all day. Location: the hotel was not far from parade in the hallway, a shopping complex and a shopping mall, and dining/shopping locations. Had nice dainties at Starbucks, located a short way from the property...

Staff was wonderful, went out of their way to accommodate us even though we made the mistake!

My 1st time booking with Book It. I liked the rate discount. I loved the hotel military discount even better. I liked the ease in making a reservation and the Book It website.

I loved that we were so close to Eastwood Field for a quick evening stroll and enjoyed a delicious bite at Chipotle, just a few steps away. The convenience made our travels more enjoyable.

Employees were friendly.

There was an odd smell in our room that never went away.

The staff was polite when I checked in, and I was pleased our room had a fridge and microwave.

Not exactly cheap, but I figured I'd give it a shot.

The breakfast had delicious oatmeal and an eco-friendly setup. The clean room matched perfectly with the comfy beds. Definitely planning to return for another stay!

Loved the place! The room was nice and super clean. It was dog-friendly, a big win for us. Coffee was good, too! The only bummer was the pool area felt kinda cramped, not enough chairs.

The staff demonstrated amazing friendliness and professionalism throughout my stay. The room was decent in size, but the placement of the mini fridge and coffee maker behind cabinet doors was inconvenient, especially in a tight space. I appreciated the clean, spacious bathroom and the comfortable bed, which ensured a restful night. The nearby shopping options greatly enhanced the experience. Breakfast selections were sufficient, but I would prefer a clearer layout for the kitchenette area.
